Increase Capacity For Excellence First, Not For Money.

By Anderson Isiagu, January, 2017

I’d choose happiness over money over and over again.

The misconception is that one needs money to be rich or successful. No! At a deeper level of knowledge, money is just one other factor that makes for a good life but it is not the ultimate. Hear me out.
A vehicle's gas tank cannot contain more than it has the capacity to. As beautiful as that vehicle may be, when it runs out of gas it would pack up by the road side and you'd wonder why a beautiful ride like that will break down by the road side. Building our inner capacity and our innate ability to create our reality is the ultimate determinant of success. There are things that I know today that I wish I'd known when I was a kid.

Success is a mindset, excellence is a mindset, and the more these mindsets are cultivated, the easier it becomes to achieve success in our various endeavors. I’ve always had a strong conviction in my heart about my idea of true success and the possession and cultivation of an excellence mindset. With this sort of mindset, if I am stripped of billions of dollars and abandoned in a desert, give me a little time, that desert will become a tourist destination. It’s all about the right mindset. So, for me, money is the least determinant of success. Those who make money by fluke fight so hard and even perpetrate all sorts of evil just to protect their riches. If they had the assurance that they could easily reproduce such riches, they wouldn’t lose their peace and happiness over it.

I wish I was taught this in school. Education is flawed and the pulpit is not teaching this too. Those who teach it are vilified.

Well, I’d choose happiness over money over and over again. To reduce success to money is extremely shallow and the function of a deep seated lack of knowledge.

Seek to cultivate excellence and use that excellent mindset to solve problems. Some of these solutions will bring some emotional peace or joy, and some will translate into products or services that fetch you substantial wealth and riches.

Build capacity! Build capacity!! Build capacity!!!
